The California Golden Fund is dedicated to providing the services needed to streamline the investment and immigration process. Initially, CGF will begin by identifying a project that is suitable for the investor and meets the USCIS requirements. Once a project is confirmed, the investor will deploy capital into approved investment and file for a conditional visa through an I-526 application. Depending on the location of the project, an investment of either $500,000 or $1,000,000 is required. Upon USCIS approval, investor will receive a conditional green card. After approximately two years, the Foreign Investor can apply for removal of “conditional status.” In order to receive permit status, the investor must demonstrate proof of jobs-creation through the investment and submit an I-829 application to USCIS.

CGF professionals understand that the EB-5 investment and immigration process can be complex and challenging at times. We are empathetic with the investor’s financial and relocation needs. Our team is comprised of economic, financial, real estate, and legal experts that will help guide you through the EB-5 application and relocation procedure.
